Boba was great, I got the brown sugar milk tea , they gave us free cake with our bubble tea and it was delicious, decent seating and nice atmosphere, this place just opened too!

The best boba tea I've ever had. Go for the brown sugar tea, it was delicious. The service was great and also watching how they prepare the whole thing with different gadgets and all the way down to the seal at the end. Got a waffle sample and it was also delicious. Needed no syrup. Give this place a try, they're brand new and worth it.
